WHEN THE MENU IS CHANGED, THE SLIDERS SHOULD BE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE VALUES OF THE NEW IMAGE'S CURRENT COORDINATES.

  • A "setValue()" METHOD IS PROVIDED BY JAVA TO ALLOW AN APPLET TO CHANGE A SLIDER'S SETTING.
public void choiceMade( String chosen ) {
    if ( chosen == ``Face'') {
        horizControl.setValue( faceX );
        vertControl.setValue( faceY );
    }
    else {
        horizControl.setValue( treeX );
        vertControl.setValue( treeY );
    }
}
