THE GOAL OF "DIGITAL CASH" IS TO PROVIDE A WAY TO COMPLETE SOME ELECTRONIC FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ANONYMOUSLY.

  • TO OBTAIN "DIGITAL CASH" FROM YOUR BANK, YOU WOULD CERTAINLY HAVE TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF.

  • WHEN YOU "SPEND" DIGITAL CASH, HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF.

  • AFTER YOU SPEND DIGITAL CASH, THE RECIPIENT OF THE CASH AND THE BANK SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU IF THEY SHARE INFORMATION.

  • EACH "DIGITAL BILL" MUST BE IDENTIFIABLE (SERIAL NUMBERED) SO THAT YOU CAN ONLY SPEND IT ONCE
