  • IF LINE FROM 3 TO 5 IS:
    • CUT
    • VERY BUSY
    IT MAY BE BETTER TO GO THROUGH 2 AND 4.

TABLES LISTING APPROPRIATE ROUTES ARE CONSTRUCTED BY CONTINUOUSLY EXCHANGING MESSAGES AMONG ROUTERS.
