THE "TYPE" ATTRIBUTE OF AN INPUT TAG CAN BE USED TO PRODUCE MANY THINGS OTHER THAN SUBMIT BUTTONS.

  • WHEN THE TYPE ATTRIBUTE VALUE "TEXT" IS SPECIFIED A SMALL REGION WHERE THE USER CAN ENTER TEXT IS PRODUCED.

    "SIZE" AND "MAXLENGTH" DETERMINE THE FIELD'S SIZE AND THE NUMBER OF CHARACTERS ALLOWED.
