General Info

The workshop will take place on July 8th, 2012 at the Westin Copley Place in the Adams/Parliament room. It is co-located with the 14th GENI Engineering Conference in Boston, Massachusetts.

Hotel

For hotel reservations and other travel related questions, please visit the GENI Registration page for more info. All workshop participants will be reimbursed for up to 2 nights in the hotel at the discounted rate of $183 per night. Please reserve your room by June 18th.

Travel to Boston

Travel expenses will be reimbursed for all participants of the workshop. Please submit all receipts to Jeannie Albrecht by August 1, 2012 for reimbursement.

GENI Conference Registration

All participants will receive complimentary registration for GEC 14 using the code provided (via email). Please register for the GEC by June 28th. Be aware that sessions do tend to fill up quickly, so please register as soon as possible.

Meals

Breakfast and lunch, as well as two refreshment breaks, will be provided on the day of the workshop. Please let Jeannie Albrecht know as soon as possible if you have dietary restrictions. Also note that participants will need to find their own dinner on July 8th.
