I am having a hard time getting the seams to erase from my border in my border page. I used the smudge tool but the problem seems to lie in where the tiles line up. Any suggestions or is that the best I can do?
Thanks- Hilary

I took a quick look at your border page. There does seem to be a very thin light line running through your bricks where the tiles meet. The line the instructions tell you to smudge is supposed to occur where the top and bottom of the original cropped bricks meet after the offset. This would be in the middle of the tile, but your mismatch appears to be between the tops and bottoms of tiles rather than in the middle.

I'm not sure what is causing this. My best guess would be that when you resized the canvas you accidentally added a tiny bit to the height of the image instead of just modifying the width.

If you want to try your luck at smudging to get rid of this:

- open the image with photoshop again and apply offset (you may have to switch to RGB Color mode before it will let you do this) to shift the image vertically half its own height. If I'm right, the thin line should now appear in the middle of your view of the image.

- Do some smudging to get rid of the line.

- Save it and take another look.
