I'm not sure what to put into empty cells in my schedule, so that all cells have a border. I tried the "tiny.gif" technique, but a little spec appears in the boxes - I used a 1 X 1 white pixel. Is it ok that the spec appears, or am I missing something?

I just looked at your table page, and I didn't see any specks. Is it safe to assume you fixed it? If so, would you be willing to describe the problem in case anyone else runs into it?

I have a feeling that the specks only show up in
the file/// version, not in the http:// version.
I had the same problem and I spent forever trying
to fix it, only to have it disappear by itself.

By the way, what day/time are our labs due this
week?

I'm not sure about this file:/// theory. It might be true, but I can't say for sure without seeing the details of a page that has the problem.

As for due dates/times: For this week, those of you who have lab on Thursday should finish your work by Wednesday at 11 and the Friday labs should finish by Thursday at 11.

The specs still appear on my page, even when viewed as http. However, when you put another window over the browser, and then remove the window, the specs disappear. I don't know why, but I'm not going to worry about it too much.
