copy and paste every page relating to the dept. we
are working with? Or do we copy the main page and
link it to the actual page on the Wiiliams'

My idea was to have you create pages containing copies of all the text found on the registrar's pages (overview and course descriptions). That is why I suggested avoiding departments with lots of courses. The advantage of doing this is that many course descriptions contain references to other courses (prerequisites, etc.) that give you good opportunities to make links that are less table-of-contents like than those you are likely to introduce in the text of the overviews.
