The workshop will take place on November 6-7, 2014 at Morgan State University in Banneker Hall Room 112 (building #15 on this campus map.
Hotel
The following hotels are all close to Morgan State with reasonable rates. Hotel expenses will be reimbursed for a max of 2 nights. If a longer stay is necessary, please contact the organizers in advance.

Travel to Baltimore
Travel expenses will be reimbursed for all travel grant recipients. Please submit all receipts to Jeannie Albrecht by November 21, 2014 for reimbursement. Itemized receipts are required for all expenses.
Parking
Parking for participants will be available in the CBEIS parking garage (#55 on map). An attendant will be on duty and/or the gates will be open, so please just let them know you are attending the GENI workshop. Parking is pre-paid. Banneker Hall is #15 on the map. A campus map for Morgan State can be found here and driving directions to CBEIS can be found here. There is a short walk (about 10 minutes) from the parking lot to Banneker Hall. When you walk out of the parking garage, follow the street towards buildings #35 and #43 on the map. Look for a walking path (near building #43) that will take you over a bridge to building #15 (Banneker Hall). The Google maps version can be found here.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be provided on Thursday, November 6th. Breakfast and a refreshment break will also be provided on Friday, November 7th. Participants will need to find their own dinner on November 6th and lunch on November 7th. Please let the organizers know as soon as possible if you have dietary restrictions.
